  1. RETURN POLICY

We are committed to ensure 100% Purchase Protection for the shopping done on aqaji.com by keeping your data secured, supplying genuine products and offering easy return policy.

    1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
       
      1. Your received product(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received.
      2. Return request must be reported to us within 48 hours from delivery of the order
    2. RETURN REQUEST
       
      1. Return request can be raised by selecting the correct return reason displayed in the ‘Message Subject' in Contact Us page. Upload product images by clicking on “Upload Image” button. Enter the order number and brief about the problem you have experienced with the product in the space (Message) provided and send it to us.
      2. We will look at it immediately and get back to you.
    3. RETURN ACCEPTANCE
       
      1. Return of purchased goods can be permitted only under the following circumstances:
        1. Item is physically damaged
        2. Item is defective and cannot be repaired
        3. Wrong item delivered
        4. Wrong colour / sized-item delivered
        5. Wrong quantity
        6. Missing parts/accessories
    4. RETURN ATTACHMENTS AND PACKING
      1. Items are to be returned with all accessories and original/secure packaging. Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.
      2. Invoice and all the tags/labels should be kept inside the return package.
      3. Items which are returned without original packaging / accessories will not be accepted.
    5. RETURN PICKUP
      1. Reverse pickup will be arranged by aqaji.com and the courier person will contact you to collect the item. We do not encourage customers to return the items on their own without intimation to aqaji.com In such cases, aqaji.com will refuse the delivery.
      2. Items can only be picked from the location where they have been delivered.
      3. In cases if return service unavailable at your pincode, we will initimate you to send the consignment to us through India Post only. Once, the product reaches our warehouse,we will reverse the courier charges.
    6. RETURN PROCEDURE
      1. After receipt of the item(s) from Customer, we initiate replacement within 7 business days.
      2. Sending a replacement depends on the availability of the product. If there is non-availability of replacement product then we will refund the entire amount.
    7. In a rare event of the replacement item(s) being defective/damaged or not as described on the product page, a full refund will be provided by us after we receive the product.
    8. Upon receiving the returned items, a Quality Inspection would be performed over the product. If Quality inspection failed, the product will be sent to customer and no refund will be provided.
  1. REFUND POLICY
    1. Once your refund has been approved by our team, it would take anywhere between 7-12 business days to complete your refund process.
    2. For all prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where payment was made.
  2. EMI
    1. You may check with the respective bank/issuer on how a cancellation, refund or pre-closure could affect the EMI terms, and what interest charges would be levied on you for the same.
